In this article we present some very important issues that involve giving money to another person as a donation. We write about the fact that both the donor and, above all, the recipient must be aware of the obligation to do several things in order to avoid unnecessary taxation.
We also point out that the donation itself does not always have to be definitive and in many cases it can be colloquially reversed. Thus, being both a donor and a recipient, one should know at least the basic principles of free of charge benefits.
