SALE OF APARTMENTS IN POZNAŃ IN BUILDINGS SITUATED ON LAND PREVIOUSLY HELD FOR PERPETUAL USUFRUCT
In connection with the entry into force of the regulations on the transformation of the right of perpetual usufruct of developed land for housing purposes into the ownership right, at the beginning of 2019, the following regulations will come into force the sale of an apartment located in the building under which the land was legally transformed into ownership has become complicated.
Let us recall that by law of 20 July 2018. on the transformation of the right of perpetual usufruct of developed land for housing purposes into the right of ownership of such land (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1716), developed land for housing purposes and held on the basis of perpetual usufruct on 1 January 2019 was transformed into the right of ownership.
